Any uncovered conditions of the home will be priced separately and will require written approval prior to proceeding with the extra repairs.

When specialized services, such as fireplace upgrades, roofing repairs, or foundation work are needed, we bring in trusted professionals while overseeing their work to ensure it meets our standards.

When projects require permits, we build in accordance with approved plans and local building requirements. We coordinate required inspections and work alongside clients, designers, or architects to help ensure construction meets code and progresses smoothly.
